You can even learn to meditate online by enrolling in our 6 week Meditation Course. Of course, there are some things we will not be able to assist with because they require continual face to face health monitoring and it would be unethical to try to provide such services. As a registered organisation we are bound by the rules of that organisation which prohibits online advice in some areas.
Skype sessions are the normal practice, however we are bound by the rules of our registered organisation and there are some things we are unable to do on Skype and therefore need face to face sessions are sometimes required. Please contact us today to discuss further.
